Terms
These terms apply to your use of Everyday A Painting and this website. If you download the app from the Apple App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies unless a separate license is provided through App Store Connect.
Use Of The App
Everyday A Painting is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with backend systems, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content at scale, or use the app in a way that violates laws or platform rules.
Accounts
Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for using accurate account information. You can delete your account in the app or contact support@everydayapainting.app if you need help.
Subscriptions And Purchases
If subscriptions or digital purchases are offered, they are processed through the applicable app store and entitlement state may be synced through RevenueCat. Prices, renewal terms, cancellation, and refunds are handled by the store terms shown at purchase time.
Artwork And Editorial Content
The app presents artwork images, metadata, and editorial text from public-domain, open-access, licensed, or otherwise reviewed sources. Artwork and source materials may remain subject to third-party rights, institution terms, or attribution requirements. The app does not grant you a separate license to reuse third-party artwork outside ordinary app use.
Availability
The app may change over time. Features, daily content, reminders, purchases, or account services can be modified, interrupted, or discontinued where needed for maintenance, legal compliance, platform requirements, or operational reasons.

Everyday A Painting is provided as available. To the extent allowed by law, we do not promise that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every particular purpose.
